"When I first started to train with Chris I wasn’t obese, but I definitely had some weight and inches to lose and still do. Before I trained with Chris I had previous trainers and didn’t see any results or as much as I am seeing from him. I also didn’t have trainers for very long. I would have them for about a week or two and then they would leave, Chris has been one of the most consistent trainers being there. He has been a trainer that I have been with the longest.

What I like about Chris the most is that he looks at me as a whole, unlike other trainers who would just give me exercises and counting the sets and reps. He is helping me improve not just my weight but also some of my health issues such as high blood pressure. It is taking time, but I am seeing results. He first helped me with my weight loss and losing inches. I usually lose weight and inches slowly. Since I have trained with Chris I have lost 25 pounds and some inches. He has then helped me with my High blood pressure. My blood pressure would be very high to the point, my doctors want me to monitor it frequently and check it at different times of the day, Since I have been working out with Chris my blood pressure is lowering a bit. Not only these two things but I had a goal that I wanted to reach myself and with his training I was able to reach it. I struggled with high cholesterol and need to have frequent blood work checks usually fasting blood work. The last time I went to the Doctor I had a check for cholesterol, not fasting and found that my cholesterol levels have dropped into the normal range. Not only am I seeing results myself but other people are noticing it too. I have seen people who I haven’t seen for 2 months and they are telling me that I look great and ask what I am doing. I tell them I train with Chris.

Before I started training with Chris as my trainer I was very hesitant to have a new trainer. Now, I am thrilled that I have him as my trainer. I have seen so many positive results from Chris and look forward to seeing more amazing results with his hard work and working with him. I owe all of my success to him!”
